ATLANTA -- Get Fit Now Boot Camp is hosting a special session to help raise money for children with autism.

The "Burn Fat and Help Support Local Children with Autism" program will be held on Saturday, Apr. 21 at Chastain Park. It runs from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.; participants are invited to work out for as little as 15 minutes or to challenge themselves to the entire two hours.

Every participant will also receive the "Ultimate Tone Up Nutrition Guide," which is designed to help them make healthier choices in their daily lives.

"This is a fun and social way to introduce an alternative to the boring gym workouts," said Emily Napier of Get Fit Now Boot Camp. "Honestly, I cannot think of a better way to spend a Saturday morning than having a fun and energizing workout."

It costs $15 to participate in the boot camp; those who give at least $50 will receive one free month of Get Fit Now Boot Camp (a $250 value). All proceeds will benefit a scholarship fund at Building Block Pediatrics, a comprehensive therapy clinic with two metro Atlanta locations.
